For small qty, Payment can be made by Mastercard and VISA online or over the phone Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit, Money order by mail, Cheque , Credit Card.

For the purchasing of bulk cargo, we normally accept the payment in T/T or LC. for the payment term, pls talk to our sales.

For the very Small qty., we basically suggest customer to ship by DHL/UPS, our shipping cost from China to any American city is about 9.9/kg. which takes about 2-3 days.

For bulk cargo, our shipping port is Hongkong China,  We could arrange with your selected forwarder, or you could use our  forwarder.

If buying cargo from our stock, YES. If you wish to Cancel or amend your order, you can cancel or amend your order up to 4-5 days from time of delivery, you will be required to contact us as soon as possible and notify us that you wish to cancel / amend your order, if goods have already been despatched, you will be required to send the goods back to us at your cost..

If we are doing the OEM project or we do not have stock, If your order has not been processed then we will make every effort to stop it,

Normally customer only need to give us a description about the products, we will offer you in detailed 2D or 3D drawing to confirm it  clearly.
